How secure is BukopinNet ?

BukopinNet is designed with the highest standard of security in mind.

• It uses an international standard of internet security SSL 3.0 with 128-bit encryption, the highest level of encryption available, to make your personal & financial information unreadable as it passes over the internet.
• You will be given a unique User ID & Password. There is no duplication of your User ID & Password and no one knows your combination. Every time you login into our system, you need to type your User ID & Password correctly. The system will automatically lock your access if you type the wrong password/user ID three times consecutively. This is to avoid any misuse from unauthorized persons.
• Every transaction is not executed without your confirmation and approval.
• Every transaction will be given a Reference Number to be used if there is any query or dispute.
• System will automatically sign you out if there is no activity in your screen within ten minutes. Again, this is to prevent any misuse from an unauthorized person.

Do I need to apply to use the BukopinNet facility ? How is the process ?

Yes, you do.

• You have to have savings/current account with ATM card in Bank Bukopin.
• Using your ATM card, register to the nearest Bank Bukopin's ATM. Please select [BukopinNet] menu.
• You will be required to enter your own password (6 digits numeric). The password will be used to login to BukopinNet for the first time.
• Your User ID is printed on ATM Receipt. You will need this User ID everytime you login to BukopinNet.
• Please allow 1 day before you login to BukopinNet.

What is a USER ID ?

• User ID is a series of numeric characters that acts as your unique identification to access BukopinNet.
• User ID is sent to your email address within 5-10 days after your application to use BukopinNet is approved.
• You can not change your User ID.
• Please do not inform your User ID to anyone, except to BukopinNet (Call Centre) staff when you call them.

What is a Password ?

• Password is a series of letters & numeric characters that acts as your code to access BukopinNet.
• Your password is given to you directly after your application to use BukopinNet is approved.
• You can change your Password.
• Please do not inform your Password to anyone, including to BukopinNet (Call Centre) staff when you call them.

How can I login to BukopinNet ?

• Go to BukopinNet through :
  • www.bukopin.co.id, Click "Login" on BukopinNet icon

  OR

  • www.bank2home.com, Click "Login" on BukopinNet icon
• The next screen will be the login page of BukopinNet. Please make sure that the address shown in the Address field on the top your browser is https://secure.bank2home.com/appbukopin/login.jsp. Do not enter User ID & Password if the address is different than the above.
• Type your [USER ID] and [PASSWORD]
• Choose your language preference in the [LANGUAGE] option
• Click [LOGIN]
• If this is your first time login to BukopinNet, you will have to read BukopinNet Terms & Conditions. If you click [AGREE], you will be asked to change your password and enter the email address, birth date & mother maiden's name in User Activation Screen.
• In the "User Activation" screen:
• Type your old password in the [ENTER OLD PASSWORD] field
• Type your new password in the [ENTER NEW PASSWORD] field, under the following conditions:
  • Your new password should not be the same with your User ID or your old password.
  • It must be at least 6 characters long, at least 1 capital letter, 1 small letter and 1 numeric (e.g. : Bogor1).
  • No leading, trailing or embedded spaces.
• Retype your new password in the [CONFIRM NEW PASSWORD] field
• Type your email address in the [ENTER EMAIL ADDRES] field. Email address is required to send your internet activity journal. If you do not have the email address yet, please register first at one of website that provides email facility.
• Select your sex in [GENDER] field.
• Enter your mother maiden name in [MOTHER MAIDEN NAME] field.
• Select the birth date at [BIRTH DATE] field.
• Click [SUBMIT] to submit your new password.

I forgot my User ID & Password. What should I do ?

• If you only forgot your User ID, you can reprint the User ID in the nearest Bank Bukopin ATM.
• If you forgot your password, please call our Customer Service at 62-21-7988300 or visit the nearest Bank Bukopin branch then you can re-register at the nearest Bank Bukopin ATM.

I've got my User ID & Password a couple months ago, but I have not used it until today. Why I can not gain access to BukopinNet ?

It is our policy to block your access to BukopinNet if you do not use your User ID within 30 days from the time your User ID is given. To enable you to access BukopinNet, please call our Customer Service at 62-21-7988300.
