    It is a new delivery channel for Bank CIMB Niaga, which is smarter, easier & more secure than any conventional channel. It uses the internet as the medium for you to contact Bank CIMB Niaga and perform transactions anywhere, anytime.

  2. How secure is CIMB Niaga Internet Banking ?

    CIMB Niaga Internet Banking is designed with the highest standard of security in mind.

    • It uses an international standard of internet security SSL 3.0 with 128-bit encryption, the highest level of encryption available, to make your personal & financial information unreadable as it passes over the internet.
    • You will be given a unique User ID & Password. There is no duplication of your User ID & Password and no one knows your combination. Every time you login into our system, you need to type your User ID & Password correctly. The system will automatically lock your access if you type the wrong password/user ID three times consecutively. This is to avoid any misuse from unauthorized persons.
    • Every transaction is not executed without your confirmation and approval.
    • Every transaction will be given a Reference Number to be used if there is any query or dispute.
    • System will automatically sign you out if there is no activity in your screen within five minutes. Again, this is to prevent any misuse from an unauthorized person.

  3. Do I need to apply to use the CIMB Niaga Internet Banking facility ? How is the process ?

    Yes, you do.

    • You have to fill in the application form at the nearest Bank CIMB Niaga branch. You need to decide which accounts to be linked to CIMB Niaga Internet Banking, except joint accounts and credit cards.
    • An envelope containing your password will be given to you to be used in the login menu.
    • Within 5-10 working days, your User ID will be sent to your email address.

    • User ID is a series of numeric characters that acts as your unique identification to access CIMB Niaga Internet Banking.
    • User ID is sent to your email address within 5-10 days after your application to use CIMB Niaga Internet Banking is approved.
    • You can not change your User ID.
    • Please do not inform your User ID to anyone, except to CIMB Niaga Call Center staff when you call them.

  8. How can I login to CIMB Niaga Internet Banking ?

    • Go to CIMB Niaga Internet Banking through :
    • The next screen will be the login page of CIMB Niaga Internet Banking. Please make sure that the address shown in the Address field on the top your browser is https://secure.bank2home.com/ib-niaga/Login.html. Do not enter User ID & Password if the address is different than the above.
    • Type your [USER ID] and [PASSWORD].
    • Choose your language preference in the [LANGUAGE] option
    • Before you proceed, please make sure you have read the Terms & Conditions of CIMB Niaga Internet Banking
    • Click [LOGIN]
    • If this is your first time login to CIMB Niaga Internet Banking, you will have to change your password.
    • In the "Change Password" screen:
    • Type your old password in the [ENTER OLD PASSWORD] field
    • Type your new password in the [ENTER NEW PASSWORD] field
    • Retype your new password in the [CONFIRM NEW PASSWORD] field
    • Your new password should not be the same with your User ID or your old password. It must be at least 6 characters long, at least 1 capital letter, 1 small letter and 1 numeric
    • Click [CHANGE] to submit your new password.

  9. I forgot my User ID & Password. What should I do ?

    If you only forgot your User ID, please call CIMB Niaga Call Center at 14041 (local call) or 62-21-14041 (overseas call). Your User ID will be sent to your email within 5-10 working days.

    If you only forgot your password, please visit your nearest Bank CIMB Niaga branch to obtain your new password.

    If you forgot both your User ID & Password, please visit your nearest Bank CIMB Niaga branch.

  10. I lost the envelope that contains my password. What should I do ?

    Report your loss to CIMB Niaga Call Center at 14041 (local call) or 62-21-14041 (overseas call) immediately. Mention your User ID. Your access to internet banking will be locked temporarily. Visit the nearest branch to get your new password.

  11. I've got my User ID & Password a couple months ago, but I have not used it until today. Why I can not gain access to CIMB Niaga Internet Banking ?

    It is our policy to block your access to CIMB Niaga Internet Banking if you do not use your User ID within 45 days from the time your User ID is given. To enable you to access CIMB Niaga Internet Banking, please call our call Center at 14041 (local call) or 62-21-14041 (overseas call).
